Being in Crete sometimes is challenging for newcomers. The place has this wild beauty all the time of the year. I am 44 years old and have spent almost 35 years of my life in Crete.

I have been a traveller and i love being a citizen of the world but i would not change Crete for any place in the world. The scenes in Crete are changing in an instance. You can bee in the beach and in 2o minutes you can be crossing a magnificent gorge.

I have been a climber for 20 years and have been close to the mountains for ever since. Crete is not just a place is an experience.

Lithari, my guesthouse is a lovely stone house inside the mountains in a small village called Kamboi. The time seems to have stopped here and this is what makes my place unique.
